Women supporting women, and their Businesses’

The purpose of Women in Networking is to provide a forum for the interchange of business leads; provide fellowship and cooperation with members; assist with improving methods of doing business and to provide a forum for our members.

There are several WIN chapters in Louisville. Each chapter allows only one person per business category to join, therefore avoiding competition that might prohibit a healthy flow of ideas and referrals within the group.

WIN1 meets at the Woodhaven Country Club on the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 11:15 am to 1:00 pm.

About WIN1

Thirty years-ago, a small group of business women based in Louisville realized the benefit their male counter-parts gained through business and social organizations. The problem was that these groups, or clubs, were typically restricted to male membership.

Our WINning Members

All the WIN groups maintain one member for each business category. These ladies maintain full-time pursuit of their career. They help each other’s business grow by sharing leads and member-to-member business.

Come Visit

Join us on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 11:15am to 1pm at Woodhaven Country Club. You can expect a time to network , a structured luncheon meeting and a chance to tell our group about your business.

WIN1 is made up of a fantastic group of supportive, loyal & energetic ladies. Our monthly meetings are informative & beneficial and my company has had many referrals from our membership.

Being part of a networking group can seem daunting to many at first and the introvert in me was nervous at first, but this group welcomed me in by being so friendly over 10 years ago and still are to this day. I have made some real connections and friendships in this group and has helped me elevate my business just by word of mouth referrals.
